• The performance of participant students was inverse related to their year of studies: the best mean total score was achieved by 4th year students (82.6) followed by 5th year (80.1) and 6th year students (76.2).

• However, as participant Institutions showed an unequal distribution of their students relative to the years of studies, the better performance of students of smaller classes might be attributed to the better performance of Institutions with overrepresentation of younger class students.
